solving the unseen.
I work the front lines of facility operations at Fakeeh Hospital, keeping teams connected, problems solved, and the day running clean. Reliability, clear communication, and a quiet drive to grow into something bigger.
Driven by solutions, not tickets.
I've always believed real support isn't about closing tickets — it's about making sure the right people have what they need to do their jobs without interruption. That's the mindset I bring to the floor every day at Fakeeh Hospital's facility management team.
Whether it's a maintenance request at 7am or a coordination challenge involving multiple teams, I stay calm, communicate clearly, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. I've quietly become the go-to person for getting things moving.
Outside work, I'm learning programming and exploring how AI tools can make helpdesk operations smarter and faster. I'm not content standing still — I want to grow into a role where technology and operations meet.
Where I've made an impact
- First point of contact for all facility-related support requests across the hospital
- Logged, categorized, and tracked every maintenance ticket through the internal system
- Coordinated directly with maintenance and technical teams to dispatch and resolve issues
- Followed up proactively on open tickets — no request was left behind
- Communicated status updates clearly — reduced follow-up calls and lifted satisfaction
- Maintained organized records and reported on recurring issues for facility improvement
- Used Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation, shift logs, and maintenance schedules
- Supported team leads with large-scale facility tasks and urgent escalations
